Airbeat One Festival 2026

Airbeat One is a large-scale annual electronic dance music festival held at Neustadt-Glewe, Germany. It is especially known for its show concept, which features a different country theme every year. The festival has consistently grown, setting a new attendance record in 2022 with a total of 200,000 visitors and recording around 210,000 visitors in 2023. Therefore, it is one of the largest festivals of its kind in Germany and Europe.

The first edition took place under the name "Airbase One," and due to its success, an annual edition was decided upon. The name was changed to Airbeat One in 2004 for legal reasons. A main stage was set up for the first time in 2010, allowing larger headliners to perform. From 2016, the number of visitors rose sharply, and by the 15th anniversary, the festival recorded 40,000 visitors per festival day. In 2018, the festival site was opened on Wednesday, and the total number reached 180,000.

After the festival could not take place for two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, it set a new record in 2022. It was also the only festival that year to host 37 DJs from DJ Mag's Top 100 list. The festival has six major stages and several camping areas for visitors who want to camp directly on-site. Shuttle buses are free of charge for those arriving from the surrounding area. The camping site has a VIP area and a loud and quiet area.

The mainstage has always had a certain look for a number of years. This is usually a country with one of its landmarks. In 2018, for example, there was England with the Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben. In 2024, the mainstage was depicting the Arc de Triomphe and Moulin Rouge (France theme). The theme for 2025 was Spain. For 2026, the theme is officially The Netherlands, with the slogan "Welkom in Nederland - The Home of Electronic Music." The stage will likely be inspired by Amsterdam's canals, windmills, and other iconic Dutch imagery, and the first headliner announced is Scooter.
