New York-based DJ/producer and concept visionary Desna returns to her Frequency Made Music imprint with "Antiseptic Love," the label's fifteenth release and a project that feels more distilled and more rhythmically assertive than what's come before. Crafting and pioneering a concept where healing frequencies exist in tandem with peak-time energy, this latest EP also brings a new level of renewed focus and perspective following a pivotal life milestone - motherhood.

As with all Frequency Made Music releases, each track is composed and tuned around a specific resonant frequency as a foundational element, embedded directly in the harmonic architecture, bass relationships, and overtone structure of the production. Those frequencies don't sit on top of the music; they actively shape its tension, weight, and movement, resulting in techno that feels intentional in both body and mind, engineered as much as it is felt.

The title cut "Antiseptic Love 174hz" opens the EP with controlled intensity. Driving kicks and tightly coiled percussion cut through sharp synth motifs, creating a push-pull between vulnerability and detachment. It's muscular yet measured, delivering serotonin and dopamine boosts while aiding stress relief through the track's core frequency. "Immunotherapy 784 Hz" harnesses a frequency associated with relaxation and mental clarity. Rather than softening the energy, that clarity allows rolling grooves and expansive textures to breathe within a club-ready framework.

On "Discernment 528 Hz," she revisits a frequency widely associated with stress relief and emotional balance, but frames it as a murky, twisting adventure. Low-end pressure meets emotive harmonic phrasing, creating a creeping track that feels both stabilizing and propulsive. To close, "In Alignment 75 Hz" drops into a lower-frequency register associated with enhanced cognitive performance and relaxation. Anchored by rattling drums and guided by driving purpose, it lands with directness - less about crescendo, more about calibration.

Through Frequency Made Music, Desna continues to refine a space she has carved out almost entirely on her own - a distinct movement, blurring the lines between science and sound design while remaining rooted in club culture. With ongoing support from artists such as Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, and Chris Liebing, and coverage from Forbes, Beatport, and DJ Mag, her work continues to resonate across both industry and dancefloor communities.

"Antiseptic Love" doesn't simply revisit her concept; it tightens it. Cleaner, more focused, and more deliberate, the EP reinforces her core premise: that resonance and peak-time impact don't need to exist separately; instead, they should move as one.
