After a year that's seen his music ignite dancefloors from Ibiza to Miami, Switzerland-based talent Emery Bex keeps things moving with "Body Tension" - a sleek two-tracker that marks his solo debut on Jamie Jones' Hottrax. Building on ‘promising newcomer' tips, Emery has spent the past two years fine-tuning a sound that blends modern minimalism with infectious, groove-led energy - with releases on labels like Mood Child, LTF Records, and Whippin Records, and his viral remix of Kiko Navarro's "Soñando Contigo" becoming a summer staple. Following a standout performance at UNVRS in Ibiza for Paradise, Emery now returns with a release that channels the momentum and confidence of a defining year.

This release is really special to me. Over the past two years, Jamie has continuously supported my tracks across different labels, and especially this year, he played a lot of my music on some of the biggest stages. That gave me a huge boost of motivation and pushed me to create more. "Body Tension" came to life after a lot of back-and-forth between Jamie and me - I truly appreciated his feedback and tried to align with his vision while staying true to my own style. After a few attempts, we finally both agreed on this final version, and I couldn't be happier with my first solo release on Hottrax after debuting last summer with "Keep It Cool."
