Check This Out EP by Bruno Furlan
Brazilian trailblazer Bruno Furlan debuts on Trick with the turbocharged double A-side Check This Out.
Brazilian powerhouse Bruno Furlan makes his debut on Patrick Topping's Trick with the blistering double A-side "Check This Out," arriving in early September. One of South America's leading house exports, Furlan has built a formidable catalog with releases on Hellbent, Desolat, Toolroom and more, while taking his blend of heavyweight grooves and infectious percussion to dancefloors worldwide, from Club Space to The Brooklyn Mirage.
Leading the charge, "Check This Out" is a no-nonsense peak-time weapon driven by bulky beats, booming low-end and razor-sharp percussion. Raved-up siren stabs and anthemic rap vocals inject sleazy attitude before the drop sends the floor into a frenzy.
On the digital flip, "Me Gusta" keeps the energy red-lined with a rolling tech-house groove, wall-rattling bass, and crisp scratches. Sweeping filters and chopped vocals pile on the tension before another huge payoff, rounding out a club-focused two-tracker that feels right at home on Trick.
