Circumstances EP by Castion
Castion returns to Sola with the Circumstances EP, collaborating with fellow Spanish artists Fran Ares and Sergiodnine.
Castion returns to Solardo's Sola with the "Circumstances EP," out now. It follows the Spanish artist's recent "Fall Out The Beat" single, which was part of the label's "Sola Presents: Ibiza 2025" compilation, and won support from the likes of MK, John Summit, and Jamie Jones.
The EP begins with Castion's "Circumstances," a deep and techy track featuring a relentless groove and a heads-down vocal sample. It's a late-night cut, followed by "Let The Music Play" with And Dance label founder Fran Ares, another hard-hitter to lose yourself to on the dancefloor, complete with an irresistible spoken word vocal and infectious bass.
Last up is Castion's collaboration with fellow Tenerife artist Sergiodnine and lead single of the Circumstances EP, "Wanna Come." Thoroughly road-tested by Castion at Hideout Festival and Solardo in their sets, the track's bold bassline and catchy rap vocal are built for the peak-time, rounding out an EP that captures the sweet spot where House swing meets Tech House grit.
Castion hails from Tenerife and has proven himself to be a hugely prolific producer with a high-quality sound. His floor-filling tunes have appeared on Toolroom, CUFF, Solotoko, Insomniac, and numerous other labels, earning him several nominations for Best Producer by 1001tracklist. His music often gets supported by heavyweights such as Jamie Jones and The Martinez Brothers, as well as SOLA founders Solardo, who tap him up once more for this welcome return to the label.
