Madrid-based DJ/producer Argia steps into the Rebellion spotlight for the first time with "Don’t Fight," a dynamic four-track EP set for release in October. Across three solo cuts and a collaborative track with Adana Twins, she delivers a statement release that bridges playful textures with surefire club-ready energy.

Resident at Madrid’s iconic Mondo Disko, Argia has shaped a sound that feels both playful and precise, rooted in her classical training yet fully in tune with the dancefloor. Releases on Kompakt, Bedrock, Higher Ground, and TAU have shown her versatility, while her contribution to Keinemusik’s mix series highlighted her ability to connect introspective grooves with peak-time momentum.

From Fabric in London to Watergate in Berlin, REX Club in Paris, and tours across South America and Canada, her sets carry a sense of narrative and emotion that continues to win her a growing global audience. With "Don’t Fight," she turns that perspective inward, channeling spontaneity and inventive production into a collection of tracks designed to tell stories on the dancefloor.

"Don’t Fight EP" is all about groove-driven energy and organic textures. I wanted to make it fun; playful music built around samples that tell a bunch of little stories on the dancefloor. I wanted each track to feel alive; "Don’t Fight" with its powerful drums, "Tulips" with its sexy vocals, "Yo Quiero" and its mental synthesis work, and the cherry on top collaboration with Adana Twins, "Turn Around" that makes you travel in time. There’s a sense of spontaneity throughout, like capturing a moment that wasn’t planned but just felt right. I’ve been digging deep into sample work lately - reshaping sounds until they become something unexpected. Rebellion felt like the perfect home for this release: open-minded, rhythm-focused, and always connected to the dancefloor.

The EP closes with "Turn Around," the first-ever collaboration between Argia and Hamburg duo Adana Twins, whose own Rebellion debut comes as part of the release. A mainstay force in modern house and techno, Adana Twins have long been celebrated for their emotionally charged, retro-futurist sound, their TAU label platform, and globe-spanning DJ sets at clubs and festivals from DC-10 to Fusion and Melt!. Together with Argia, they bring a new energy to Rebellion, blending their shared strengths into an evocative, warping finale.
