Girls of the Internet present Expanded Edition of When I Was Lost, I Found Myself

Girls of the Internet’s acclaimed 2024 LP, "When I Was Lost, I Found Myself," gets a deluxe edition on Classic Music Company. It features remixes by Dennis Ferrer, Ladymonix, Andrés, Henrik Schwarz, The Duke, and Deetron. This personal and evocative house project by Tom Kerridge is revitalized a year after its original release.

Following his self-released LP "Girls FM," "When I Lost, I Found Myself" was preceded by several singles, including BBC Radio 1 favorite "Never Ever Ever" with Shiv and the debut garage track on Classic, "Gravity," featuring Allknight. Throughout the 12-track album, Tom effectively united renowned British vocalists and songwriters, earning critical praise, over 15 million streams, and continued heavy rotation on influential radio stations worldwide.

"When I Was Lost, I Found Myself" was a real labour of love. Myself and all my collaborators poured our hearts and souls into these tracks and they mean so much to us. Seeing them being re-interpreted across the world's dancefloors is really special to all of us.

After the LP’s release, Henrik Schwarz remixed the hit track "Never Ever Ever," followed by Ladymonix, who remixed the pioneering track "Gravity." As the anniversary approached, Dennis Ferrer’s remix of the soulful single "Affirmations" featuring Anelisa Lamola gained popularity during the summer festival season, notably at Defected Croatia 2025, where it was a crowd favorite. Swiss producer Deetron added his signature club-edge and synthesizer skills to "Something," enhancing its soulful harmonies, rich instrumentation, and expressive vocals.

Next, Detroit veteran Andrés injects a gritty edge into the previously subtle "Sleeping Sound," which showcases the ethereal vocals of i am an island, while Classic resident DJ and emerging producer The Duke enhances "Beam Of Light" with a maturity that surpasses his years.
