The New York-based duo Street Slang lands on Blackflag Recordings with the EP, Give It Up, featuring Stacey Pullen and Harry Romero remixes.

Bringing their unmistakable NYC energy to Blackflag Recordings for the very first time, Street Slang, the duo made up of Tufaro and Lacci, deliver a groove-soaked statement of intent with their new release, "Give It Up." Known for pushing a raw, hip-hop-infused edge to the worlds of house and tech house, Street Slang continues to turn heads with widespread support across the scene, and their latest release on Stacey Pullen's renowned imprint is no exception.

I first approached the guys over a year ago about this track after hearing it at Space - I told them I had to get my hands on it. Now, just a short while later, it's coming out on Blackflag. I'm excited for this release.

"Give It Up" is a bumping and slick cut perfectly capturing the pair's growing sound, offering an infectious blend of driving rhythms, crisp percussion, and undeniable swagger. With prior releases on labels including Nervous Records, Bambossa, and Stereo Productions, the duo brings their A-game for their Blackflag debut, building on heavy support from the likes of The Martinez Brothers, Yousef, Danny Howard, and Mark Knight.

Two heavyweight remixes add extra firepower to the release. First up, Detroit icon and Blackflag boss Stacey Pullen flips "Give It Up" into a stripped-back, hypnotic roller, fusing his signature sound with the track's infectious vocal hooks to deliver a dancefloor weapon. Then comes New York's Harry Romero, who brings a twisting and warping late-hours remix that packs a punch, rounding out a package that showcases a wealth of house music excellence.
