Over the last several months, James Juke has been experimenting with many different sounds and styles, with New York’s lifestyle broadening the scope of music that inspires him. He says that these four tracks "came from a place of distilling what my sound has been during my first 2 years of production: funky, soulful, uplifting. Simultaneously, these tracks provide a glimpse into what my style is evolving into. My knack for sampling is complemented by growing ability to write basslines, layer chords, and arrange creatively."
