Jeux de Mains EP by Ten Fingerz

"Loopy B" opens the record on a very French Touch note: the Parisian producer has chopped up a soulful brass and vocal sample, adding drums and compression to make it a dancefloor hit reminiscent of the late 90s French productions.

The second track, called "Dizco Ztringz," explores the relation between the disco and house music sounds. 909-style drums are thumping over a disco-infused string loop and a funky bassline, while the voice sample does the disco-era storytelling. Taking us somewhere between Studio 54 and the Warehouse.

Finally, "Our DNA" is built around an interview about house music production, adding layers to the track as the voice explains that the DNA of electronic music comes from the drums and the melody. A funky Rhodes loop drives the track to its climax. Dancefloor-blasting material.
