Let Go by Fiona Kraft feat. LOV

Following their first single, Dreams, released earlier this year, Fiona Kraft and LOV are back together with their second single on Non Merci Music, titled Let Go.

Fiona Kraft is a multi-talented creative who has quickly established her label as a place of musical freedom and expression. The former model brings her piano-playing skills to her music, whether crafting melodic techno, Afro house, or progressive sounds. She has played in over 60 countries around the world, and this year alone will appear at Hi Ibiza, ULTRA Music Festival, and fabric, among many other prestigious events.

Italian LOV is ever more the go-to vocalist for house producers globally, having worked on labels like Nervous Records and Capsule Music, and with artists such as CASSIMM and Jackie Hollander. This marks the second time she has lent her voice to a Fiona Kraft production, a testament to their collaborative synergy.

Their latest offering, "Let Go," is a deeply introspective and personal song for Fiona, echoing "music I used to listen to when I was young and on family car trips." She explains how the initial beat and harmony evolved, recalling, "I did this beat and harmony, and then I jammed with my dad. He did a few minutes of solo over my bass, and the song slowly started to make me feel something familiar." LOV's lyrics for "Let Go" emerged after a sleepless night, when the words "I need to let go, let go" looped relentlessly in her head. She wrote down the first verse, and upon receiving Fiona's instrumental, immediately felt it was the perfect fit. LOV describes it as "almost like a letter to myself about the constant tension between surrender and control, between escaping pain and chasing ecstasy. For me, it’s about inner demons: wanting to rise above them but also being afraid to let go of the identity or comfort they bring."

The result is a mature, electronic lullaby - an intimate invitation to pause, reflect, and surrender. It's warm, bubbling drums gently pulse while moody minor chords and delicate effects lend depth and subtle complexity. LOV's vocals are rich and reassuring, flowing with heartfelt warmth that both soothes and stirs. As the track unfolds, an epic progressive guitar rings out in heartache, allowing emotions to soar to new heights.
