ABEL launches new imprint Laundry Label and event series with debut single, Slow Steady, filled with trippy, hypnotic, and groove-driven house music.

London-based DJ, producer, and vocalist ABEL steps into a fresh chapter with the launch of her own imprint, Laundry Label, debuting with her single "Slow Steady" in November. Following a unique launch event, an intimate Mixmag Lab during ADE at Amsterdam's Powders Laundrette, the label is set to offer a creative home for bringing feel-good house and indie dance from emerging and undiscovered names to unconventional spaces across the globe.

The debut offering "Slow Steady" embodies ABEL's artistic approach and growing signature sound: trippy and groove-driven, yet straight-edged enough to drive packed dancefloors into a frenzy. Designed for both the peak and deeper moments of the night, the track offers a journey through rhythm and melody, reflecting her vision for music that unites and energises.

The launch event at Powders Laundrette offered a taste of what Laundry Label represents: a fusion of music, movement, and unconventional ideas, all channeled via ABEL's magnetic energy. Inviting attendees to reset via a "two-hour rinse of rhythm, colour and connection" in one of the week's most unique spaces, the intimate Mixmag Lab session set the tone for what is to come: bold, fresh ideas and sounds from an artist on the rise.

Having steadily built a reputation for hypnotic grooves, infectious beats, and driving melodies, ABEL has already performed alongside names such as Pete Tong, Damian Lazarus, and Camelphat, and has appeared at fabric, DRUMSHEDS, Zamna Tulum, Hï Ibiza, and Glastonbury. Her releases on the likes of Circus Recordings, Bedrock, DFTD, Nervous Recordings, and All Day I Dream have established her as one of the scene's most compelling new names. With Laundry Label, she now offers a platform for emerging talent while continuing to push house music into fresh, unexpected spaces - both musically and literally.
