Terminal V Festival 2026

What started as a single-room warehouse event in April 2017 with only 2,500 people in attendance has since grown exponentially to become one of the UK's and Europe's fastest-growing electronic music festivals. Now running biannually at Easter and Halloween, Terminal V draws a massive crowd of up to 20,000 techno and house fans each day from all over the UK and beyond.

The festival commands the sprawling Royal Highland Centre + Showground site adjacent to Edinburgh Airport. This unique location offers a hybrid indoor-outdoor experience, utilising the complex of huge, interconnected warehouses for its main stages alongside a massive outdoor showground. This combination creates an immersive, high-energy atmosphere unlike any other festival setting.

Attendees can expect over 80 international artists across six very unique stages, each packed full of mind-bending production, high-spec sound, and elaborate stage designs. Terminal V has garnered significant recognition for its scale and production, including being named "Best UK Festival" at the DJ Mag Best of British Awards. The festival is renowned for showcasing the elite of techno and underground house, with past line-ups featuring global heavyweights like Richie Hawtin, Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz, and Sven Väth.
