Two And A Half Cats Records presents Cat Calls Vol. 2

Miguelle & Tons welcome a global cast of collaborators to Two and a Half Cats for the second edition of the label's Cat Calls VA series.

Following the success of last year's inaugural Cat Calls compilation, Venezuelan duo Miguelle & Tons return to their Two and a Half Cats imprint with a fresh collection of music that underlines both the label's vision and its expanding community. Featuring seven tracks from an international roster of talents, "Cat Calls Vol. 2" captures the essence of the Cats' world; rhythm-heavy, groove-led, and always primed for dancefloors.

From Miami to Ibiza and beyond, Miguelle & Tons continue to cement themselves as one of the scene's most in-demand rising acts, with a summer highlighted by appearances for Solid Grooves, Circoloco, Music On, and The Martinez Brothers' at Hï, alongside their own ever-growing Two and a Half Cats showcases. Yet, at the heart of their journey is the label itself, a hub for like-minded artists to connect and create. “Los Gatos have been expanding their gang, connecting with incredible producers from all over the world who share the same passion for quality music,” they explain. “For this second volume of Cat Calls, we've collected tracks from those talents who are shaping a fresh new flavor in the scene. Opening the package, the Cats reunite with UK talent Ollie BC for "Un Tanto," a rolling cut layered with the duo's Latin-infused flair, before Barut & Noel's "Le Salse" brings soulful touches. Jean Pierre & Bodeler deliver heavyweight energy on "El Parce," while Tom Nolan keeps things playful and groovy with "Papa Del." Brazilian talent Marian heats things up with funk-led percussive grooves on "Never Let You Down," while Copasetic & Koby (IT) combine forces on the deep-burning "Anytime," before Mendoza closes the collection with the powerful "All On The Strength."
