Previously appearing on Hot Creations, DIRTYBIRD, Turbo, and beyond, the Southern Californian live act SHADED has been steadily rising through the ranks of modern dance music, earning fans in BBC Radio 1 mainstay Pete Tong, Patrick Topping, and many more. Delivering two banging tracks for Topping's Trick imprint, the release is completed with a remix from Hot Creations honcho Jamie Jones, who continues his stellar form of unstoppable and undeniably dancefloor rocking remixes and releases.
Midnight Minds was inspired by some new wave synth-pop I had been listening to around the time. I always loved the indie dance vibes and this record was my take on it. Ghetto Shit is 100% SHADED style to the max. Minimal meets Techno with West Coast Hip Hop influences from my native Southern California. It's pure sound system club vibes to fire people up!
