Remember EP by Truncate

Truncate's first EP for Ben Sims' Hardgroove lands in May and comprises three tracks that typify the LA-based producer, DJ, and promoter's lean, powerful sound. Courtesy of a slight nudge in tempo and a weighty baseline, "Remember V2" is a more urgent affair that claps and rides itself with relentless enthusiasm. The filter-funk Techno of "That Chord Again," a visceral cut that mangles its titular chords into an intense but fluid banger, closes out the "Remember" EP.
