Grain Damage EP by Andrei Morant

"Grain Damage" is the latest release from Techno figure Andrei Morant, featuring a Tim Xavier remix, coming to the Antimodus imprint on March 27th. Morant's work embodies constructed grooves, pressure, and grit, with a focus on precision and intensity. His imprint, Scope Recordings, derived from years of DJing and production, advances his sound as he experiments with sonic textures and rhythmic loops.

"Grain Damage" packs four sharp percussive tracks that dart across sonic landscapes with a strenuous pace. Kick drums stampede their way through the EP, whilst textures and synths circle throughout, building hypnotic loops and surfacing tension. Tim Xavier, known for his raw, forward-thinking, and intricate approach, remixes the last track of the EP "Ambrose," offering a clean-cut perspective on the techno roller.
