Radio Slave's 2008 "Grindhouse" feat. Danton Eeprom has a new mix from Italy's Vaert and shifts from its original home on Rekids to Techno-orientated offshoot RSPX in late February. Having previously been remixed by Danton Eeprom, Len Faki, Nic Fanciuli, Obscure Shape & SHDW, Slam, and notably Dubfire, who provided an iconic interpretation, the 2025 release emerges with a distinctly Melodic Techno lean.

Seventeen years on from its original drop, Afterlife and HABITAT artist Vaert's remix of Radio Slave's "Grindhouse" feat. Danton Eeprom supersizes each element and roughens the beat by crunching its bassline with heavy distortion. Reminiscent of Dubfire's hugely influential "Terror Planet" mix of "Grindhouse," Vaert briefly offsets the track's rampaging bass with lush pads before the original's mind-altering synths blow the roof off, Eeprom's vocal sample offering something to hold onto throughout this dancefloor-primed cut.
