Reuxen presents Darkness
Afro-house talent Reuxen brings his unique sounds to a new single on connected that comes with a remix from label regular Enoo Napa.

Reuxen hails from Pretoria, South Africa, and is a DJ, producer, and sound engineer at the forefront of the Afro-house scene. He has already played on stage with some of the greats and has his own ethereal, atmospheric and emotional take, which he demonstrates here.
The instrumental of "Darkness" was made in 2020 - a very dark time for many in the music industry. In 2021, Karaph added her contribution to the track and pushed her emotional vocals forward to tell a sad tale of heartbreak. It sets a fantastic tone above the Afro house drums that is dark but beautiful alongside the sparse yet detailed piano that leads the atmospheric backdrop.
Remixer Enoo Napa is an Afro-house legend and a producer of consistent anthems for the scene. He changes up the rhythm feel and adds an edge of abstraction, perfectly setting up the fragile vocals for a hypnotic ride.
