Fiona Kraft has had a huge 2024. Not only has she launched this new label with a big track supported by Black Coffee and followed it up with a collaboration with Lazarusman, but she has also dropped heat all summer long at places like Hi Ibiza. Kraft showed great musical talent from a young age and has more than backed that up with her unique mix of Afro, deep house tech, and progressive. In addition, she heads up her innovative eyewear brand IMPURI and promises that this label will be impossible to define musically and will never make any compromises.

For this one, she works with Robert Owens, who has been the voice of house music since the 80s when he debuted as part of Fingers Inc. He has appeared on countless seminal tracks ever since and remains in a class of one. Also involved is Angelos, whose celestial and melodic house sounds, including the Grammy-winning "Lost," resonate on major labels like Ultra and Armada while he has played everywhere from Blue Marlin Ibiza to Brooklyn Mirage.

Between them, they cook up "Soul Free," an electrifying contemporary house cut. Robert Owens's superb, empowering vocal rises through the mix and rouses the soul while subtly referencing classic house lines from days gone by. The synths build great tension around it before they eventually explode into expressive patterns that light up the deep, dusty drums in epic fashion.
