Chemical Release by Booka Shade vs UNDERHER

Booka Shade revealed "We fell in love with the sound of UNDERHER when we heard their remix of our song "Confessions", and instantly knew we wanted a collaboration with them". Following this remix last year, UNDERHER now returns to Blaufield alongside the imprint bosses to unveil Chemical Release.

The resulting collaboration pairs UNDERHER’s trademark lyricism with Booka Shade’s high-quality production, in a driving ode, to obsessively intense new relationships. It comes out in a package that includes an original and radio mix, plus remixes from each act - allowing both Booka Shade and UNDERHER to explore their own individual styles.

UNDERHER is a live electronic duo comprised of Tunisian-Canadian former DJ and tech enthusiast Kalden Bess & Italian-Canadian classically trained singer/songwriter Jessica Abruzzese.

Their sensual take on deep electronica has landed them official remixes for the likes of Moby and U2, as well as gigs at respected venues including Stereo Montreal, Katerblau Berlin, and Blue Marlin Dubai.
