Summer is the warmest of the four temperate seasons, occurring after spring and ahead of autumn. During or around the summer solstice, the earliest sunrise and latest sunset occur, resulting in the longest and shortest days. As the season progresses after the solstice, the length of nights decreases. The 2024 Summer Blend Playlist marks the start of a season filled with fantastic music and long nights spent gazing at the stars, dreaming, achieving goals, and exploring the surroundings. It is a never-ending celebration.

We are excited to announce that, for the 14th year in a row, we're releasing our carefully curated playlists for everyone's enjoyment. This year, we've decided to incorporate a theme throughout the playlist. We aimed to make it a little more exploratory while blending light and dark elements, showcasing a diverse range of tracks that are sure to spark your curiosity, all handpicked and carefully curated.

The initial idea behind the playlist was to help people discover new music or find one track they heard at a party, bar, or beach gathering but couldn't identify. This year's playlist features an impressive collection of 66 tracks, spanning over 6 hours and 1 minute of music from across the globe. Most of the tracks were released in 2024, and we hope you enjoy this journey through different rhythms, vocals, and styles.

Diversity is a defining aspect of humanity, and we should celebrate and embrace it by enjoying the past, present, and cultural celebrations through music and finding peace in the summer heat.
