Born near Milan, Italian Marcel Dope has been immersed in the world of electronic music since his early teens. Having first stepped behind the decks at just 13 years old, his evolution into a producer was a natural progression, leading to his first releases in 2014. Since then, he's built an impressive résumé with appearances on labels like Happy Techno, Material, and Innocent, while performing alongside global heavyweights including Dennis Cruz, Wade, Joey Daniel, and Neverdogs.

His tracks have earned the support of leading figures such as Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, Paco Osuna, and many more, while as the head of his own label, Dope&Sick, he continues to push his distinct, groove-driven sound. Stepping up for his first release on Blackflag Recordings, Marcel delivers the "Make It True EP," a powerful three-track package through rolling percussion and hypnotic basslines.

Opening with the title track "Make It True," Marcel sets the tone with a slick blend of driving low-end, swinging drums, and captivating vocal snippets, crafting an energetic cut destined for terrace dancefloors. "Ma Side" follows, layering crisp percussion, warm sub-bass, and zipping grooves to create a groove-laden, infectious ride. Closing things out, "Savana" sees Marcel weave further rolling rhythms with evolving melodies, rounding off the EP with a rich and immersive vibe that captures his growing style.
