Sex, Drugs, Money & Lies EP by Lunar Disco

Made up of husband and wife duo Australian singer/songwriter Kate Elsworth and French DJ/producer Nicolas Blistene, Lunar Disco has appeared on the likes of Defected and Kindisch. The charismatic and glamorous pair recently launched their 1980s-inspired Suck My Disco imprint, with the first release, "It's About Time", landing in late 2021, and follow-up "Telephone Rose" picking up heavy support from BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong.

Now dropping their latest single, "Sex, Drugs, Money & Lies", Lunar Disco recruit Berlin's Nicone and Morocco's Amine K for a pair of remixes alongside the original. Leading the release, the Original Mix sees lush synth licks, subtle basslines, and reverberated vocals together for a funky, groove-led excursion. DANTZE label-head Nicone delivers the first remix, reaching for pumping drums and blissful pads, followed by Amine K's smooth interpretation, making full use of soft, swinging percussion and dubbed-out chords.
