New York producer Charles D embarks on a new chapter in his career with the launch of his very first record label in June 2025. Built from the foundation of his distinct sound-driving techno grooves fused with progressive edge - KONKRTE represents a raw, uncompromising vision of electronic music born in and inspired by the city that never sleeps.

KONKRTE’s inaugural release is a powerful new single, "VIBE," created in collaboration with TMPR, a rising NYC-based artist making waves with previous releases on the legendary KMS Records. The release marks the first-ever collaboration between the two artists and sets a bold tone for what’s to come from the label.

I started KONKRTE because I felt it was time to take the next step - to create a platform where I could release music that truly resonates with me, on my own terms. It’s about having the freedom to put out records when the moment feels right, without compromise. While KONKRTE naturally reflects my sound and vision, the goal is for it to grow into something much bigger - a label with its own identity, sound, and community over time. My hope is for KONKRTE to grow into a recognizable brand that connects people to electronic music and rave culture through a strong sense of community - and, of course, through great music. In the years ahead, I’d love to see us host our own events here in New York and build something that feels authentic to the scene we’re a part of.

With celebrated releases and remixes on imprints such as Drumcode, Pryda Presents, Factory 93, and Arcane, Charles D has carved out his space in the global techno scene with a sound that’s earned widespread support from Adam Beyer, Eric Prydz, Camelphat, Hi-Lo, and more. Now, following back-to-back Top 10 releases via Drumcode to open 2025, he turns his attention to curating and shaping that sound through his own imprint. With KONKRTE, he aims to cultivate more than just a record label, building a creative platform for artists who share an unfiltered and enduring vision of music.
