Rising Italian producer AtcG makes his debut on Trick outing with "Conteo," a fiery single set to close out August for Patrick Topping’s imprint. Following recent drops on labels like Armada Music, Insomniac, and Black Lizard–where his breakout hit "Don’t Stop The Music" topped Beatport’s Tech House chart and broke into the Top 10 overall AtcG now steps into the Trick spotlight with his signature blend of analog warmth and digital bite.

"Conteo" was born in just 30 minutes, no strategy, just instinct. I had just gotten married, and my wife Chiara and I were on our honeymoon in the Maldives. After a few dreamy days spent chilling on the beach, I suddenly felt the urge to shake things up with an adrenaline rush. I had just re-listened to the original Don Omar track (from Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift). That vocal is raw, powerful, and arrogant in the best way. I instantly felt it needed a darker, more driving energy, something that could live in the club. The result is a tech house weapon, built for late nights and heavy sound systems. A rolling bassline, tight percussion, and the lyrics talk about desire, danger, and dominance. I wanted to turn all of that into something hypnotic and explosive. I didn’t overthink it. I just felt it. Releasing this track on Trick means a lot to me! I’ve followed Patrick Topping for years, his vision, his sound, his label. Trick is a space for bold, energetic records, and I couldn’t be more proud to have ‘Conteo’ as my debut on it. This is "Conteo," straight from instinct. Made to hit.
