Bessey has been making big moves with his edgy house sounds. As well as high-profile radio plays and big-name support from FISHER and Carl Cox, he's no stranger to the top of the digital charts after hits like "Uh" became firm club favourites. His productions have landed on labels like Toolroom and Night Bass, and now the UK up-and-comer makes his debut outing on Lee Foss' Repopulate Mars with the "Feel Da Beat EP."

This EP perfectly captures the music I love to make because each track brings something different to the table. "Feel Da Beat" is a straight-up groove built for when the speakers are shaking and the energy is high. "Bal La Pista" is all about getting people hyped and moving, with a brighter and more driving rhythm. "Controller" has a funkier, more playful vibe that's easy to listen to but still hits hard. Having this release on a bucket list label like Repopulate Mars means a lot to me and really pushed me to experiment and trust my instincts. I'm super proud of this EP.

A rave-inspired breakdown brings in jungle breaks and an old-school edge to take things to the next level. Next up, "Bal La Pista" delivers tight, loopy percussion with rasping basslines and gritty sound designs. There's a menace in the air with paranoid vocals and sirens that will amp up the energy in the club. Closer, "Controller" leans into a funkier, hip-hop-inspired swagger. Glistening synths and future raps inject new school freshness to round out a versatile EP designed to hit every corner of the set.
