Merseyside's Matt Hibbert continues his rapid ascent in the new school tech house scene as he returns to Trick with his latest single, "Las Chicas." Hibbert first broke through in 2024 with "Move Ya Waistline," a Beatport Number One that became one of Patrick Topping's most requested IDs. Since then, he has cemented his place as a core Trick artist, joining the label on global stages and delivering standout sets, including a mainstage appearance at Creamfields.

I've always loved this vocal. The Tom Neville remix of it from 2005 is one of my favourite records ever, and I always wanted to put my own spin on it. When I was making it, I closed my eyes and imagined being back on the original open-air Space terrace in Ibiza 20 years ago, planes flying overhead. I wanted it to fit that vibe; it's a feel-good summer groover.
