Sankeys Ibiza 2014 additions

The 2014 programme covers many bases from g house to tech, crossover dance to underground house and techno.
 
So, of the returning crews there are regular VIVa and Flying Circus parties to get excited about, whilst new to the much loved Ibiza club are chart topping producer Duke Dumont with his Monday Blasé Boys Club residency, as well as the much loved night that is Tribal Sessions, one of the foremost promotions to ever hit the UK.
 
Completing the schedule is Magna Carta, who are big on the London scene and are sure to be just as big on the White Isle, Fuse, the London club brand and label that holds much loved Sunday parties in the capital but will host each Tuesday at Sankeys Ibiza, and finally you’ll be able to get to know the CUFF sound, the label run by Amine Edge & DANCE.

Duke Dumont Presents BLASÉ BOYS CLUB - 8 Parties June 30th to September 1st
The unstoppable force that is Duke Dumont is to play 8exclusive shows on Mondays under the title DUKE DUMONT presents BLASE BOYS CLUB, as well as also playing the Sankeys opening party Part 2 on May 22nd  alongside a stellar line up of Steve Lawler, Hot Since 82, Amine Edge & Dance, Finnebassen, Andrea Oliva. Earlier this year in March, the Duke scored his second number one hit in the space of a year with the Jax Jones-assisted track ‘I Got U’. It’s a summery, anthemic and feel good affair that will sound perfect in Sankeys Ibiza.
 
Tribal Sessions - 20 parties fromWednesday May 20th to Wednesday October 1st
Manchester's legendary and multi award winning Tribal Sessions is one of the longest running club nights in the UK at 14 years old is the very soul and spirit ofSankeys and was arguably the first ever musically eclectic night that many other promotions around the world have followed.
 
Featuring heavily at each party will be residents Darius Syrossian, Greg Vickers, Shlomi Aber, Just Be, Sidney Charles, Hector Couto and Jozef K, all of whom will offer forward thinking music with out any sense of pretense plus some amazing guests who can only be witnessed at the opening, including Danny Tenaglia. Expect plenty of a carnival of feathers and facepaint at what is sure to be the one of most loved nights on the whole of Ibiza.
 
Viva Warriors - 18 parties from June 1st to September 28th
Steve Lawler’s VIVa Warriors is a brand that has dominated the underground scene for years. As well as being a label releasing the most cutting edge tech house from artists like Detlef, Darius Syrossian, Leon, Sante and many others, it hosts showcase parties everywhere from WMC to BPM. Last year the VIVA residency at Sankeys was a legendary thing and was the club’s most successful night, leading boss man Steve Lawler to be named King of the Basement. In 2014 expect Steve Lawler, Detlef, Anek, Zoohki & Roozlee, Marina Karamarko (Burn residency) and Randall M to bring the heat on a regular basis.
 
Cuff - 14 parties, from July 3rd to October 2nd
Amine Edge & DANCE’s house - both in their own productions and on their label - is raw, attitude ridden music with nods to hip-hop and plenty of rapped vocals - it is a new French sound, basically, that is set to take the whole island by storm. As such expect a bling party with bold beats and plenty of cool cat characters that sees the two boss man play every week, as well as a selection of big guests that have released on the label, or fit in with their big fun and musically maverick ethos including STUFF, Sion, Shiba San, Sirus Hood, Clouded Judgment, Ennio, K-Lagane, Clyde P and The Beatangers.
 
Flying Circus with Audiofly weekly + more - Friday 11th July - 26th September - 16 Events
In the words of Audiofly themselves: “We are really happy to announce our return to Sankeys again for another season of Flying Circus on the island. The First year on the island is always a bit of a trial for a new party but we comfortably 'sailed through' and we're coming back this year with some amazing residencies from our closest friends, the best sound on the island and some new surprise guests for you all to get into.”
 
Magna Carta - Saturday 7th June - 27th September - 17 Events
After hosting two sell-out shows last summer, London’s Magna Carta have been given the chance to take over weekly Saturdays from last year’s Carnival. Based in London but tripping out to Ibiza for the summer, Magna Carta are known for bringing fresh artists to cool and random spaces with likes of Nick Curly, Marc Antona and Matthias Tanzmann in the past so expect more of the same from them at Sankeys each week this summer. It is reportedthat forward thinking artistes like Samu.L, East End Dubs, Jordan Peak will be spearheading the Ibiza residency at Sankeys so keep your eyes peeled.
 
Fuse - Parties each Tuesday
Attuned to the dance floor through more than a decade of DJing, Enzo Siragusa’s underground house & techno sound is at the heart of London’s iconic Fuse party at 93 Feet East. In less than two years Fuse has amassed a loyal following of ravers young and old, as it has fast become aninstitution for du jour house loving London clubbers.  Enzo's DJing is central to this success: when he steps up to play, his often marathon DJ sets are subtle, dynamic and always full of energy.
