The Gemballa GT Spider originally debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013 and it's based on a stock McLaren 12C Spider.

The Gemballa 12C GT Spider uses a similar package to the Gemballa 12C GT aero kit presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2012. It includes a new front bumper with unique Gemballa styling, a new set of side skirts, a small rear wing, and a new rear bumper.

It is also fitted with bespoke GForged One ultra-light forged alloy wheels in sizes 20" at the front and 21" at the rear and weighs significantly less than the original despite the size increase. The tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/30ZR20 at the front and 305/25ZR21 at the rear.

The car weighs just 1,434 kg (16 kg lighter than stock) and is powered by the stock twin-turbo 3.8 liters V8 engine developing 616 hp (625 PS/kW 460). An engine upgrade program will most likely be available later this year.

The car will be on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, 11th of July - 14th of July 2013 in Goodwood, West Sussex, the United Kingdom at the Michelin booth.
