Tronic boss Christian Smith returns to Patrick Topping's Trick with vital two-tracker Vortex.

Heading up the Tronic imprint, which he founded in 1995, Christian Smith has been at the cutting edge of House and Techno for close to three decades with releases on Cocoon, Drumcode, Plus8, Bedrock, and many more. His Tronic label has featured releases from ANNA, Paco Osuna, Kaiserdisco, and Enrico Sangiuliano, amongst others.

On his latest release, Smith returns to Patrick Topping's Trick label following his 2022 EP "Infatuate" with another set of his killer productions. The title track "Vortex" leads the EP with rocking bass and soaring sirens for a propulsive cut, before the track "Nu Style" closes out proceedings with chunky drums and vocal samples.
