We Are Youth EP by Nathalie Duchene & Radio Slave

Nathalie Duchene & Radio Slave team up for the summer anthem We Are Youth and CASSIMM remixes the track.

The Belgium-born, Paris-based Nathalie Duchene joins Radio Slave's Rekids via a collaboration with the label boss himself. "We Are Youth" lands on 11th July 2025 and includes a remix from CASSIMM.

When Nathalie contacted me about collaborating, I was intrigued to hear what she had in mind. I'd already been playing her ToyTonics release, liked the demos she sent over, and "We Are Youth" stood out. I wrote some lyrics, and my daughter sang them at my home studio in Hvar. This was back in January 2024, and it's been a fun project. I'm super happy to see it finally released this summer.
Radio Slave

Embodying the spirit of summer with glistening piano keys, vibrant strings, and a snazzy bassline, Nathalie Duchene & Radio Slave's "We Are Youth" brims with feeling. The vocal, sung by Radio Slave's daughter, adds a layer of innocent nostalgia that clings to joyful memories. Rekids regular CASSIMM steps in for a remix, upping the tempo and flipping the track into a jazz-funk House cut.

I didn't know Matt personally, but I loved his remix of my friend Myd's track "Together We Stand" - I must've listened to it a thousand times. So I reached out to ask if he'd add his touch to a track I hadn't even finished yet. Matt kindly said yes! I think it worked because we share a lot of the same references - he comes from techno, I come from Belgium (haha)! We're not the same generation, but I grew up with his music, and he really understands music as a whole.
