Powl presents Creation

Italian artist Powl brings his unique house fusions to South Of Saturn this month.

Powl is Luigi Potenza, a producer who has been releasing music for the last five years but DJing much longer. In that time, he has turned heads with releases on the likes of Stashed, Groove Bassment, and Space Invaders. Now he lands on Lee Foss' label with "Creation," featuring some of his best tracks to date.

He opens up here with "Creation," a catchy mid-tempo house groove with low-slung drums and chunky kicks. The vibes come alive with a fiery female vocal hook, fat bass, and future-facing synth stabs to craft a perfect balance between emotion and physicality.

Next is "Don't Stop," a more driving house track with sweeping synth filters but another standout vocal sample. Synth sequences dart up and down the scales as the bobbling bassline props up the whole tune and ensure the dance floor won't stop moving.
