sun - sky by CNR + Matrefakt
Dutch fashion brand Flâneur is launching a new label featuring its first single from UK artists CNR and Matrefakt.

Flâneur is one of Europe's growing fashion labels, and draws on cultural and musical elements in its designs. Now it branches out with a new label to "push the boundaries of cultural expression" and act as a global platform for the next generation, serving as a portal into the future of sound and style.
Liverpool pair Zac Fitzsimmons and Tony Burns, aka Matrefakt, have dropped big, high-impact sounds since 2018. They mix up house, acid, techno and more with a sense of grit and style on labels like Gudu Records, Of Unsound Mind and their own Attitudes To Life. CNR also hails from Merseyside and is known for heavy underground blends of house and techno that channel raw warehouse energy.
Their superb "sun - sky" has driving drums and bass that soon sweep you up. A wordless vocal adds a sense of soul and tugs at the heart as sustained chords lead towards a spine-tingling breakdown with epic piano chords taking things up another level. It's an irresistibly big and emotive summer-ready sound designed to blow up clubs all over the world.
