The Freak by Compound X

Compound X is an exploratory artist duo whose creative endeavors encompass techno, fashion show composition, and film scores. The pair have accomplished solo careers that have seen them play high-profile venues around the world. They have appeared at Berghain in Berlin, BPM Festival, and Robot Heart at Burning Man, and have executed sound and visual installations at Paris Fashion Week amongst others.

Since debuting under this alias, they have shaken up the scene with their hugely creative sounds and compelling rhythms. They take inspiration from the likes of house, techno, pop, and psychedelic rock, releasing on labels Distopic Utopia Records and their own imprint, CX BLACK. As multi-disciplinary artists, they never fail to bring fresh energy to the scene, making forward-thinking connections between disparate genres.
