YKSI by Bart Skils & Heerhorst
Bart Skils & Heerhorst join forces on Factory 93 with powerhouse collaboration, YKSI.
After featuring in Pan-Pot’s Awakenings set last year, Bart Skils and Heerhorst finally unleash "YKSI," welcoming the arrival of an in-demand and commanding production crafted for maximum impact. Built around thunderous kicks, hypnotic loops, and a relentless energy designed for late-night moments, this release embodies the dancefloor-driven ethos of Factory 93 while delivering a fresh collaboration from two of the genre’s most exciting talents.
Dutch talent Bart Skils has long been a driving force within the global techno scene, known for his hypnotic grooves and powerful productions that seamlessly blend deep rhythms with pulsating energy. Fresh from a standout performance for Factory 93 at Exchange in LA alongside Oscar L, he now makes his mark on the label with his first release, bringing his years of experience and signature sound to the table.
Heerhorst, a German DJ/producer with an impressive catalogue, returns to Factory 93 following his 2023 collaboration with Belocca on "Flipping." With "YKSI," he continues to showcase his ability to craft commanding peak-time anthems with his distinctive production approach, incorporating driving basslines and electrifying synth work, making him a perfect creative partner for Skils on this release.
