Remnants EP by ARVØW

The "Remnants" EP was born from an introspective journey - one that led young producer ARVØW to the far north of Norway and Sweden, where he sought isolation in the vast, cold landscape, a recurring source of inspiration for his music.

I've always found the cold incredibly inspiring - its starkness, its unforgiving nature, its raw beauty, and its ability to completely transform a landscape.

After releasing works such as "Subliminal" and "Last Contact" and touring extensively across the UK and Spain, ARVØW is now stepping into a new creative chapter. "Remnants" marks a turning point in his sound and artistic vision: a six-track EP brimming with raw emotion, depth, and power, set to release via Be Your Own Studio.

From the ethereal calm of "At First Sight" and "Aurora" to the pulsating electronica and breakbeat energy of "Days Pass" and "18 Hours", "Remnants" EP is a work of contrasts, where unexpected warmth emerges from absolute cold. ARVØW's project has garnered extensive radio support, with airplay on Radio 3, Voices Radio, and Bloop London Radio, as well as recognition from leading tastemaker publications such as Mixmag Spain, Connect, and DJ Mag Spain.

"Remnants" is a memoir of time spent alone in a cold, dark, and unforgiving landscape homed to incomparable beauty. It homes in on feelings of loss and change in life while also trying to stay hopeful and happy.

The EP also features two remixes by Cotton Mouth and Evigt Mörker, who bring a more experimental, avant-garde reimagination of the original tracks, solidifying "Remnants" as a bold artistic statement. The cover artwork, designed by Estudio Cadelca, visually embodies the landscapes ARVØW experienced during the album's creation, carefully crafted to reflect its essence.
