Well-established as house and disco authorities, Berlin-based duo Lovebirds return to Glitterbox with their first original track, "Burn It Down." The pair are widely known for their colorful, throwback sound, heavily inspired by the funk, soul, jazz, and boogie of the 70s and 80s, releasing lasting hits like "Want You In My Soul."
Their latest release, "Burn It Down," further establishes their aesthetic, with glorious, soulful vocals and grand disco instrumentation making for a perfect outing on the free-spirited London label. The package features the uplifting and bright Club Mix and the more experimental Dub Mix that journeys from deep boogie to 90s filter house, offering a snapshot into disco's past, present, and future.
