Dancing On My Own with Flight Facilities & DRAMA
Award-winning Australian duo Flight Facilities and Chicago duo DRAMA land on Glitterbox with Dancing On My Own.
Flight Facilities' impact on the electronic scene of their home country is well documented, with their crossover sound hitting the ARIA charts and earning them numerous AIR awards - most recently for Best Independent Dance or Electronic Album in 2022.
Anyone who has had a night out, on their own, knows the vulnerable feeling of flying solo. It's awkward and uncomfortable at first, but they quickly become the best memories. "Dancing On My Own" is a tribute to our formative experience of embracing solitude with strangers.
Flight Facilities
Throughout their extensive career their expansive disco-tinged tracks have been remixed by the likes of Chloe Caillet, Riva Starr and Folamour. With leagues of experience working with top tier vocalists, including Aloe Blacc and Channel Tres, Flight Facilities now collaborate with producer and vocalist duo DRAMA. The Windy City pair often bring a blend of R&B and hip-hop influences to their eclectic Chicago house-inspired releases, earning them acclaim from tastemakers across the globe.
"Dancing On My Own" combines Flight Facilities' sleek, disco-laden production with the chill, melancholic dance vocal stylings of DRAMA for a distinct addition to the Glitterbox catalogue.
