Ten Fingerz delivers a strong, electronic, and funky 3-tracker on his first solo EP, "Fingerz Wurk." The record blends the DJ's Chicago, Detroit, and Paris influences.
The title track is a modern take on hip-house and acid sounds, with infectious vocals and a funky, modulated bassline. On "Jeune Rave," early Detroit techno-style synth stabs meet an acid-statured loop and thumping drum programming - a tribute to the first techno tracks to hit European raves' dancefloors in the 90s.
Finally, "Love Spell" uses a very bouncy bassline, along with hypnotic vocals and synth loops, to build an electronic climax. It is a DJ's pick of choice to close their set.
