Get Enough with Mene

With a solid start to 2024 under his belt marked by a string of releases on labels including Desolat, Revival New York, Deeperfect, and more, Serbian DJ/producer Mene continues to carve out his place as a fast-emerging talent consistently delivering high-quality, dancefloor-driven releases. Propelled by ongoing global recognition from icons like Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, and more, his genre-spanning four-track "Get Enough" EP on Rebellion sets the stage for summer in mid-June, landing ahead of appearances with the Crosstown Rebels crew at Get Lost Montenegro on 28th June and alongside label maestro Damian Lazarus at his Hï Ibiza residency on 21st September.

I have a passion for exploring genres and melding different sounds; this usually takes me on a different journey, one of artistic discovery. The same journey has birthed something truly different for me, my latest EP, "Get Enough." By blending House, Minimal and Afro rhythms, "Get Enough" sounds like the fusion of genres which also defines my musical curiosity.

"Get Enough" captivates with its vibrant drums, catchy rap vocals, and a bassline that shakes the ground, making it a menacing yet irresistible anthem for the dancefloor and the airwaves. The track "Alca Alca" injects more thud and robust kicks for a wonky club track bursting with bubbling bongos and off-kilter sonic stabs. While, "Do Your Thing" impresses with a crisp percussive palate, teasing electronic details amongst dreamy melodies. And to close, silky female vocals guide the production on "La Ou," concluding with rich subby textures and stunning melody arrangements.
