Night Walk by Alessio Collina
Late February will see Unclear Records return with Italian producer Alessio Collina’s Night Walk, accompanied by a remix from label-heads Easy To Remember.

The ever impressive Unclear Records has welcomed some of underground electronic music’s most revered names onto its roster over the past few years with tracks from artists such as Move D, Baby Ford, Roman Fluegel, Christopher Rau, Gigi Masin and Fred P, not to mention the brains behind the imprint Easy To Remember who delivered their debut long player via the label last year to critical acclaim. This time round though the imprint welcomes some up and coming Italian talent in the shape of Alessio Collina.
The original mix of title-track ‘Night Walk’ takes the lead on the package with stuttering acidic bass hits, smooth airy pad lines floating amidst field recordings atmospherics and dusty drums before ‘Planets’ follows and takes things down a more dance floor focused path with upfront broken rhythms, fluttering pad swells and spiraling echoed synth stabs.
Lastly to round out the package label-heads Easy To Remember complete the package with a dropped-tempo interpretation of ‘Night Walk’ reworking the vibe with a snaking bass groove and warm pad lines running alongside intricately programmed organic percussion and a resonant synth licks.
