James Shinra is a UK underground favorite who has been crafting cultured electro and techno tracks on labels like Feel My Bicep, Craigie Knowes, and We're Going Deep for a decade. He takes his futuristic sounds to cult events like Houghton, where he plays this summer. Meanwhile, Richie Blacker was forged in the Irish underground and collides rave, techno, house, and 90s vibes into nostalgic yet melodic sounds on Armada Music, Anjunadeep, and SHEN.

The brilliantly uplifting "Rapture" opens up with an electrifying rhythm that soars through the stars. Cosmic pads bring a balmy edge, smooth, heavenly vocals are drenched in soul, and deft breakbeats tumble through the sky to keep things moving before rugged synth sequences power onwards in a driving fashion.

The equally sophisticated "Ukiyo" has celestial synth phrases looping and twinkling like stars as crisp, snappy breakbeats provide the sleek forward motion. Add some pitched-up vocal details, and you will have a blissed-out post-rave sound that drenches you in subtle euphoria.
