Continuing on her own path, Brooklyn-based DJ/producer, live artist, and label founder Desna's ongoing explorations and creations to bring healing frequencies into underground electronic music have built a platform and launched a genre in itself. And when you consider the launch of the project was only one year ago, it only amplifies her success, gaining a Beatport #1 release within Beatport's Hypnotic/Raw/Deep Techno alongside multiple top 10's and clocking up over half a million streams via Spotify, with supporters including Chris Liebing, Charlotte de Witte, Anja Schneider, Truncate and Monika Kruse, to name just a few.

Fresh from her debut appearance at Electronic Zoo in her home city of New York, the Frequency Made Music founder celebrates the project's first anniversary as she goes deep and explores an intense topic for the first time - Spiritual Warfare. Based around the concept of "pointing negative emotions or feelings of oppression towards the soul to cry for help," the tracks featured across the EP aim to "shed light on spiritual bodies and provide both awareness and nourishment for the soul," with each track created with a specific Hz focused around good vibrations for the nervous system.

An eerie yet captivating production balancing light and dark, the hypnotic "Spiritual Warfare 528 Hz" is a warping title cut that packs a punch as twisting low-ends meet mesmerizing female chants and crisp percussion for a deep dive through tumbling textures and sonics. Next, "Soul Communication 528 Hz" harnesses the same frequency but switches things up, merging heady grooves, brutal kicks, and trippy vocal interjections for a rolling and slick production.

To close, "Affirmations 444 Hz" is an empowering production aimed for listeners to incorporate into their wellness routines and to include their affirmations and mantras while also introducing a new frequency to the label catalog as shadowy textures form around crisp drum shots and snaking bass patterns for an intoxicating trip.
