First acts revealed for Kazantip Republic 2013

Few phenomena have captured the eyes, ears and imagination of the world in the way that the Kazantip Republic has. A non-existent state that can't be found on a map, Kazantip belongs to a parallel reality... a world where for two weeks - from 31st of July to 14th of August 2013 - the Republic becomes a magnet for the greatest musicians, DJs, and tastemakers of the global electronic music scene.

The Kazantip Republic celebrated its 20th year of existence in 2012, welcoming in a new decade for the Republic. As we move forward into the new Kazantip era, the Republic continues to grow and evolve. This year thousands upon thousands of 'Z-citizens' and electronic music fans from every corner of the planet will come together in search of special Z-branded happiness, to discover the music stories from many of the world's most successful electronic music labels, including:

One highlight of the Kazantip calendar - and a true treat to the heart and soul of every Z-citizen - is Live on Mars. Running for 9 days in August on the Faberge dance floor, Live on Mars will present the hottest live acts, including:

The Kazantip Republic is a unique place, one of the few music events that have retained a very individual personality. A Republic with its own constitution, traditions, a president, and a religion - believing in miracles.

The best and most magical view of the Republic can be observed during sunset when millions of yellow balloons ascend to the skies and the long shadows grace the hot sands. New futuristic dance floors and bars appear each year, many of which appear more like ingenious art installations and are a source of constant surprises for the Z-citizens.
