Not messing around as they kick off the New Year with authority, NYC-based outfit Revival means business for 2023, welcoming a new art direction for the label and collective soundtracked by a long list of forthcoming anthems set for release in the months ahead. Opening the schedule for the year, rising Brazilian talent Jamie Coins returns to the label, having dropped "Still Flexin" in the summer, delivering two new impactful cuts across his "Transitions EP".
Already receiving heavy support from Solomun, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, and Skream, "Transitions" brings an assault of low-end frequencies as a heavy bassline and tough drums guide warped vocals and spiraling sirens, before the heavy-hitting "Collapsus (JMTFK)" combines metallic percussion and menacing acid lines to close.
