Regarding Miami's electronic scene, very few have as much skin in the game as 305 mainstay Jesse Perez. Head honcho at his own Mr. Nice Guy imprint, the East Coast DJ/producer has been serving up killer records via labels such as Hot Creations, Nervous, BPitch, Soul Clap Records, and more for over a decade, with his catalog of notable productions. Adding a new label to that discography, he heads to Revival New York to open October with a groove-heavy and slick new single as he lands with the vibrant sonics of "Green."
