With early single "Downtown Love" garnering BBC 6 play on the Don Letts show, the album features Los Angeles' Project Blowed emcee Abstract Rude, Amsterdam's virtuosic flutist Han Litz, and New Zealand's versatile guitarist and producer Leonard Charles. Our focus track for radio is the dub-laced and sultry "Play With Fire."

Compost Records is thrilled to announce the release of "Synchronicities," the freshly anticipated collaborative album from the dynamic London-based vocalist Andre Espeut and antipodean genre bending producer Inkswel. This project is an electrifying fusion of modern soul, broken beats, hip hop, and house, showcasing both artists' genre-defying prowess.

"Synchronicities" stands out as a powerful body of work, with Espeut's deep, soulful storytelling at its core. Known for his rich heritage and versatile sound, Andre Espeut has been captivating audiences worldwide with his unique blend of broken beat, house, afrobeat, and Latin jazz. Having collaborated with legends like Ron Trent, Leroy Hutson, Leroy Burgess, and Terry Callier, Espeut brings a wealth of experience and a distinctive voice that resonates across BBC Radio 1, Radio 6 Music, and Jazz FM. This album marks Andre's debut full length.

Joining forces with Espeut is the globally renowned Inkswel, a true force in the music scene who has spent over two decades pushing boundaries with his innovative production that has laid the foundation for past collaborations with Talib Kweli, Amp Fiddler, Lee Scratch Perry and countless other luminaries of underground music, Inkswel brings his old-school-meets-future sound to "Synchronicities."

The album is further elevated by a roster of impressive collaborators, including Los Angeles' Project Blowed emcee Abstract Rude, Amsterdam's virtuosic flutist Han Litz, and New Zealand's versatile guitarist and producer Leonard Charles. Together, they weave a rich tapestry of sound that is both fresh and timeless.

The album is beautifully finished with stunning artwork by PECUE and mastered by Dizz 1, perfectly encapsulating the vibrant and eclectic spirit of "Synchronicities." This release is a must-listen for fans of Andrew Ashong, Fat Freddy's Drop, Lord Echo, and Bugz In the Attic.

For those that didn't know, Andre Espeut's last name is pronounced "Esporr."
