The UG by Edd
Edd makes his Hottrax debut this month with the popping EP The UG.
Having served up mixes for Sarah Story's Future Dance Show on BBC Radio 1 and Eats Everything's Edible radio show, Edd's head-bopping beats have seen the Maltese DJ and producer make a splash on Three Zero Six and Patrick Topping's Trick imprint. Now, the District Malta resident is welcomed with open arms by Jamie Jones' Hottrax label for his two-track EP "The UG".
Groovy lead track "The UG" blends soulful vocals, electronic bleeps, and driving low-ends, before "Reeecovery" unpacks a deeper journey consisting of dreamy pads, jazzy keys, and warm basslines.
