One of the scene's most in-demand breakthrough names, UK export Cloonee looks set for his biggest year to date across 2022. Now settled in LA, playing sold-out shows at the likes of Brooklyn Mirage, Club Vinyl, and Spybar, late March sees the Birmingham-born DJ and producer add label boss to his growing resumé as he builds on his self-released CLNE series with the launch of Hellbent Records. A new home for his own heavily-requested unreleased material while also shining a light on new talent from across the globe, the label's inaugural release welcomes a sizzling collaboration with São Paulo's Brisotti as the two combines to drop "Tripasia".

If you're looking for a label with major chart appeal, then this isn't it. Hellbent is a complete passion project, every record signed is strictly a record I play in live sets. My choices are not swayed by how big an artist is or how well I think a record can do. It simply comes down to whether I want to play or hear the record in a club, and I hope this honesty shines through.
